ABOUT
THE PRACTICE
Welcome. If you’ve found your way here, chances are you are navigating a season of change, challenge or transition. You may be carrying questions, heaviness or uncertainty—and at the same time, you may feel a quiet pull toward growth, clarity and renewal.
At Remembering-Is, you’ll find a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Here, you can bring your struggles and your hopes. You can explore what’s been holding you back, and discover what’s waiting to emerge.

non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

PHILOSOPHY
Empowering Lives
Remembering-Is is not about changing who you are. It's about returning to what has always been within you.
At the heart of my work is the belief that you are not broken. You are whole, even if parts of you have been silenced, wounded, or forgotten. Therapy is not about erasing your past. It is about creating a safe, compassionate space where you can listen to your story, embrace what you find, and reconnect with the wisdom and strength you already carry.
Healing unfolds in 3 essential movements:
-
To Listen — Honoring the voice of your pain, your history and your truth.
-
To Love — Meeting every part of yourself with compassion, even the ones that feel unworthy.
-
To Lead — Stepping forward with clarity and confidence, creating new patterns rooted in self-trust.
This is not a quick fix. It is a process of remembering—of coming home to yourself, gently and fully.
